Bank holiday weather is shaping up to be a real scorcher for Carlton - and the whole of Nottingham and beyond if you fancy a day out.

Nottingham weather
On Good Friday, sunshine is predicted all day long, with a little light cloud after 4pm. Temperatures are set to reach 22C, with a mild night of 12C. There might be some gusty winds during the day, but nothing to take the shine away from a day off work!
Easter Saturday will be even hotter, reaching 23C.
There might be some isolated heavy showers or thunderstorms but most places should remain dry.
It's the same story for Easter Sunday weather in Nottingham, with a very still day and temperatures up to 22C.
On Bank Holiday Monday we're looking at another warm day, although not quite as much as for the weekend, and there might be some light showers as the weather finally breaks.
Barbecue weather? Maybe. You could nip out to the local butchers for some goodies to enjoy the warm days and evenings.
We recommend Bond's Butchers on Carlton Hill, or even the good old standby Iceland to stock up with some favourites.
The Co-op can also help, with a range of fresh and frozen, and then maybe nip into Bargain Booze for a take-away tipple to enjoy in your garden.
Haven't got a barbecue yet? Try Carlton DIY or even the big one, B&Q for something to suit. Enjoy!!
